KIWANGA (KIWI MANGA or NEW ZEALAND MANGA) are manga that is originally produced in New Zealand, and are made up of two styles, and are not that widely published, most KIWANGA is fan mad and fan distributed.

THE MAIN HISTORY OF KIWANGA

KIWANGA is not that old an art form, it really is only as old as the first dragonball z anime was shown on TV in New Zealand.

Dragonball Z was so popular in New Zealand that the otaku and the fanboys and fangirls started to write fan fiction, and draw fan art.

This lead to the otaku and the fanboys and fangirls creating there own characters, settings and story style and plots, and using the how to draw dragonball z.

The first commercial KIWANGA

The first commercial KIWANGA STYLE was not printed in a magazine it was shown on TV and the Internet, in the form of a music video.

The music video was by the band TADPOLE and the song was BETTER DAYS.

The single was released in the year 2001 and become a hit. The single also included the video.

As of this stage there have been no more videos or KIWANGA made for TV.

KIWANGA is traditionally read and published in the left to right format, as that is how they read and publish books, comics, newspapers and magazines.

The Characteristics of KIWANGA

The style of KIWANGA can be credited to that of AKRIA TORIYAMA for creating dragonball, dragonball z, and dragonball gt, that the world seemed to love.
Most if not all of the KIWANGA are serious, and not funny in any way, most of them feature martial arts, and super-powers saving the world from evil.
There are even some that are similar to that of lord of the rings.
